It's nice but..

The shoe design is nice, but the shoe wore out quickly at the stretch part where you put your foot in.

Im not happy that the loop at the back of the shoe has come undone - it means it was not sewed correctly

Sizing an issue

Used the size chart provided but boots were much too small and do not come in half sizes. Returned the product. Buying shoes on line is risky. Suggest you start selling from an outlet store so customers can try them on .

I really love my shoe, I t still new and I hardly wear it because I prefer it for special occasions. It does not stretch out easy so that means it will last longer. The only mistake I made was to take the Chelsea as my feet are fat. I should have gone for the string one instead of Chelsea.

Very nice, but doesn't want to set out

I really like the look of these shoes, however I have quite a high foot bridge. The shoes pressed down on bridge quite hard from the first day. I hoped that they would eventually give out a little if I wear them a lot, but it doesn't seem to help. I have been wearing them for work often, but by lunch time I usually wish that I didn't. They are more than long enough size wise, but yes, still quite uncomfortable unfortunately.

Recent purchase/exchange experience

I bought a pair of Veldskoen Urban for my daughter for her birthday. She tried them on and they were too big. I contacted the customer service team and the response was amazing. Same day actually. Clear instructions given as to how to go about doing an exchange. Courier was sent to uplift a day later at my house. The initial online order arrived within 2 or 3 days. After the shoes were uplifted the new pair was delivered within a week. Super impressed with the service. Well done Veldskoen
