Very Bad fit

Bought a size w6 -too small, exchanged for a size m7-no stock so exchanged for size w7-still did not fit, Very narrow boot and if you have a high in step it is very difficult to even get on. As you are only able to exchange once, I could not get a refund as only a credit is given. Have donated the boots to some one who has no shoes at all.
