SHIPPING POLICY

We offer two shipping options at checkout, with pricing calculated by the courier::

  • Standard Shipping (3 – 7 business days): Cost calculated by the courier at checkout.
  • Express Shipping (2 – 3 business days): Faster delivery at an additional cost.

Pickup & Collection Options

  • BobBox & Pargo: Convenient pickup locations available at checkout.
  • In-Store Collection: FREE collection available from our store.

Cost and delivery time for international deliveries are calculated on a case-by-case basis.  

🚨 Shipping Costs & Address Changes 🚨

  • If you change your delivery address mid-shipment, you will be responsible for any additional courier fees incurred.
  • If you are unavailable at the delivery address, resulting in a failed delivery and requiring a second shipment, you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost.
  • If you request a delivery address change after a failed shipment, any new shipping costs will be your responsibility.
  • If you decide to cancel your order after shipment, we do not reimburse shipping costs.

BLACK FRIDAY/CYBER MONDAY SHIPPING POLICY

There will be no expedited shipping while we are running our Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals. 
There will be an additional 2 - 3 working days lead time on shipping during Black Friday.
