Recent purchase/exchange experience

I bought a pair of Veldskoen Urban for my daughter for her birthday. She tried them on and they were too big. I contacted the customer service team and the response was amazing. Same day actually. Clear instructions given as to how to go about doing an exchange. Courier was sent to uplift a day later at my house. The initial online order arrived within 2 or 3 days. After the shoes were uplifted the new pair was delivered within a week. Super impressed with the service. Well done Veldskoen

I love the Veldskoen brand. We returned the shoe as the shoe I ordered for my husband did not fit comfortably, as with it being a pull on shoe, he couldn't get it over the top of his foot. I would buy from Veldskoen again, your shoes are of a very high quality.

It is a lovely shoe and very comfortable. One problem though it seems to be a bit big after wearing it the 2nd time, is it maybe because it's unisex or? But other than that I'm very happy
